President - Jeremy Dallow, 37, President of Ckrush, is a co-creator of LiveMansion.com. As President of Ckrush Jeremy is responsible for day-to-day management and has spearheaded the Company's digital initiatives. Jeremy has overseen the development of LiveMansion and the negotiations to acquire the businesses of Trisoft Media and its music oriented social networking sites AudioStreet.net and MixStreet.net.

Jeremy also served as Executive Producer of Ckrush's feature films "National Lampoon's Pledge This" starring Paris Hilton, "National Lampoon's TV the Movie" starring Steve O, and "Beer League" starring Artie Lange. Prior to joining Ckrush, Jeremy was a partner in Bulldog Entertainment, LLC, a sports and entertainment company which managed athletes and invested in entertainment properties. Jeremy began his career on Wall Street where he was involved in securing financing for numerous small cap companies with a focus on entertainment and the internet. Jeremy is a graduate of SUNY Buffalo and is married with three children.

CFO - Mr. Chason, a Certified Public Accountant, brings more than 36 years of experience in financial management and control, strategic planning and financing. Prior to joining Ckrush he served as the Chief Financial Officer and/or other senior financial executive roles for Majesco Entertainment Company and 3 other public companies including SFX Entertainment Inc., the world's largest promoter and producer of live entertainment events, where he served in several senior corporate positions, directing M&A, financing, and other matters. Prior to these roles, Mr. Chason was a Partner with Ernst & Young LLP.
